This edition represents a continuation of a distinguished journey dedicated to instilling Quranic values within society and strengthening the connection of future generations with the Holy Quran through recitation, reflection, and practice, in an atmosphere defined by a spirit of competition.
Since its launch in 1997, and by the grace of Allah followed by the generous support and patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, the Award has showcased inspiring examples of memorizers of the Holy Quran and reinforced Dubai's position as a global hub for pioneering initiatives that serve the Holy Quran and encourage teaching it.
As we gather once again to launch this award, we renew our commitment to advancing the Award's mission and meet the aspirations of future generations. We remain dedicated to continually developing this Award to solidify its status among other international Quran awards.
We pray that Allah bless these efforts, make the Holy Quran the spring of our hearts and the light of our paths, bless the endeavors of all participants and supporters, elevate the ranks of the people of the Quran, and make us all among them. May Allah grant us success and guidance.
