Dubai International Holy Quran Award Competition for Males & Females (Under 16)
Mastering the recitation of the Holy Quran with Tajweed and good performance for males and females under 16 years of age. It is open to all nationalities. Registration for this award is done personally or through nomination by accredited Quranic institutions and bodies in the participant's country.


Testing Mechanism and Stages:
Award tests are conducted according to the following stages::
First Stage:
Record a video recitation (video) for 3 minutes from any position in the Holy Quran with suitable quality, without using sound effects.
Second Stage:
Tests for those who qualify for the second stage are conducted remotely, with evaluation based on beauty of voice, quality of performance, and adherence to Tajweed rules.
Third Stage:
A group of top distinguished contestants will be selected and hosted in Dubai, with voting conducted for the most beautiful Quranic voice in the world, and winners honored at the competition's closing ceremony.
Participation Requirements:
The participant must have fully memorized the Holy Quran with mastery, adhering to the rules of recitation and Tajweed.
The participant must not exceed 16 years of age and must be born on or after 2010/6/1.
The participant must not have reached the final stages or been honored in a previous edition of the competition.
The participant must adhere to the specified timing for performing the test.
The participant must demonstrate good conduct and observe the regulations and public etiquette of the United Arab Emirates.

Honoring and Rewards:
First Place Winner
Receives a financial reward of one million dollars.
Second Place Winner
Receives a financial reward of 100,000 dollars.
Third Place Winner
Receives a financial reward of 50,000 dollars.

Attach a copy of the participant's passport and a personal photograph
Upload a recitation video of suitable quality with clear audio, not exceeding 3 minutes, and without the use of sound effects
