Criteria and Conditions
- The Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department (IACAD) of Dubai affirms to all male and female nominees that hosting will be provided during the competition period for a duration not exceeding ten days.
- IACAD will bear the costs of accommodation and round-trip airfare for accepted male nominees and their companions, and for accepted female nominees and their mahrams.
- IACAD shall not bear any cash compensation for airline tickets, nor shall it be responsible for any ticket-related taxes or other fees.
- Male contestants must wear the official national attire of their respective countries.
- Female contestants must wear modest official national attire throughout the days of the competition, and such attire must not contradict the laws of the country they represent.
- Contestants are required to attend all sessions and official appointments punctually during the preliminary and final stages of the competition. The organizing body reserves the right to take appropriate action in the event of delay or absence without a valid excuse.
- The final stage of the competition will be broadcast live. Contestants must strictly adhere to the competition schedule and should be aware that video recordings will be published through official channels and social media platforms.
- Contestants do not have the right to contest the competition results arbitrarily. However, the Award provides official channels through which objections may be submitted to the designated committee.
- Contestants are not permitted to publish video clips from within the accommodation or behind-the-scenes of the competition via social media, unless authorized by the designated committee.
- Contestants must notify the organizers in advance of any chronic or contagious illnesses and must also inform the administration if they are individuals with special needs.
- All data, audio, and visual recordings are the exclusive property of IACAD.
- The participant affirms that all information and data provided are accurate and acknowledges that any misrepresentation or inaccurate information may lead to disqualification from the competition without compensation.
