The Activities Committee at the Award utilizes Ramadan favorable mood to encourage the public to follow the events of Dubai International Holy Quran Award through a number of activities, among which are:

• Inviting prominent scholars and renowned preachers to give lectures at the contests hall during the first ten days of Ramadan before the commencement of the International Holy Quran Contest.

• Organizing seminars for prominent scholars and preachers of the Award’s guests at the social establishments in Dubai that cover all classes of the community. 

• Organizing lectures for males, lectures for females and lectures for non Arab speakers.

• Invite renowned readers to assume imamate of the nightly prayers at the large mosques in Dubai. 

• Granting encouragement financial rewards to the audience inside the hall who follow the contest through a raffle draw of the numbers of the tickets distributed to the audience at the end of the daily events of the contest to encourage them to continue attendance and follow up.
  

• Organization of lectures includes males and females. The audience follow up the lectures at the halls of the official and social halls such as Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Dubai Women Association and some of the large Eid mosques in Dubai. The lectures are transmitted live via Dubai satellite channel and some satellite stations cover the event, featuring it within their programs.
  

• Due to the large presence of guests who are keen to follow the activities of the event, the Activities Committee has launched numerous lectures in English and Urdu languages taking into consideration the diversity of subject and style.

Renowned scholars from all the parts of the Islamic world were invited such as the Sheikh Dr. Yousif Al Kardawi who is known for middle-of-the-road approach, Sheikh Abdul Majeed Al Zindani who is known for his specialization in the scientific miraculous nature of the Holy Quran and Dr. Mohammed Saeed Ramadan Al Bouti who is specialized in the dialogue between thought and faith.

In addition, the hall has seen lectures by renowned Islamic thinkers such as Dr. Mohammed Amarah, Dr. Ezz Aldein Ibrahim, the cultural advisor of His Highness the President.

The lectures program also hosted such enlightened preachers like the Islamic preacher Amr Khaid and Sehikh Al Habib Ali Zin Al Abdeen Al Jafri

Women have had their share and thus lectures for women were held. Many repentant ex-film stars were hosted to give account of their experience. Among those repentant ex-stars are the following: Haja Hana Tharwat, Mrs. Yasmin Al Khayam, Mrs. Sabreen and Mr. Abeer Al Sharkawi.

The Lectures’ Hall witnessed large presence and the events were transmitted via Dubai satellite channel live and some satellite stations cover the events, featuring them within their program.
